Mass Purge for Macquarie Park Toastmasters Club (Number: 03240661)

Over the last few days, there has been a massive purge of past meetings, going back several years.  And for some reason, even recent dates, such as 31/10/2025, have been removed (see attached).  Why has this occurred?  Is this part of a routine database cleanup for all sites?  Or is it because they have been reconciled?  Or is this an error? 

Update: I repeatedly received a message stating that agendas were being purged, yet the only one missing is the 31/10/2025. I am not sure why this occurred, as I did not delete it, and the message box did not give me an option to stop the purge. The "List all agendas" option kept unticking itself when I was consulting my spreadsheet planner, which did not occur previously. I am not sure why?  Should I just recreate the missing agenda? Or can it be reinstated?

1) I see all your agendas when I tick the box "list all agenda"
2) You do a have a couple of agenda in the undelete list. 10/31/2025 is not one of them it must have been deleted for over 30 days. You will have to recreate that one..
