New Club Member Opt-In does not contain links to the Free Toast Host site

Hi FTH Support Team!

We have seen an issue today when sending opt-in emails to a new member.

Our club number is 7358 and our FTH site is:  7358.toastmastersclubs.org/ .

The member received the email, but links to opt-in are not included in the email.

We have tried with both an internal email address and a gmail email address.

Below is the email content that was received:Malantha Mosley: This is an automatically generated email. Your addition as a member to the Wells Fargo CIC Toastmasters Club (Club 7358) website is pending-- please click one of the links below. If you agree, your name, email address (if provided), and your phone number (if provided) will be stored in the website. Your name or email address can be used to login to the website to update or remove any of your personal information stored. Your email address is used as part of an email list to send you updates about the club and notifications of upcoming club events and meetings. If you decline to allow your contact information to be added, you will be *deleted* from the website, unable to login, and unable to use the Wells Fargo CIC Toastmasters Club website and its services. The Opt-in email has been corrected. Resend the opt-in email to your new member.

Hello FTH support team:

We at SLO Noontime Toastmasters are having the same issue.  I've resent the opt-in email to the new member, but she reports that there is no link to click.  Below is the content of the email I had her forward to me.  So, the problem is not fixed for us.
