System emails are missing appropriate line spacing

Emails such as "Member Log In For ___ From Unrecognized Device" and "Contact Form Submission" don't have the correct line spacing.

It all just runs together without new lines.

Unrecognized Device email should be correct now.
Contact form email has been correct.
