Timeout when trying to email agenda to members

Our club, Westford Expressions, club # 4690, had had a few problems over the last few days. A new one is that when trying to email the agenda to the default "all members" group, the system times out. I have tried twice. I got a timeout error. I have a screenshot of the message if you want me to email it.

Club #11 is also having problems sending meeting agenda emails.
