corporate IP address blocked?

I just tried to access our site ( 28677110.toastmastersclubs.org/ ) from my corporate laptop but it wouldn't load. Since it does work on my personal phone, I assume my IP address is blocked again.

I used the  www.whatismyip.com/ site that you suggested before, and it says mine is: 

104.129.204.106
