Member not able to open club website

  "Do you have any theories as to why I cannot access the website from all 4 devices in my home - work computer, two personal computers and my iPhone? That’s why I think it is the internet bandwidth issue where the site needs more than what I have to connect and it times out."

I received this email from a club member.  When she says "access" the website won't even load or open.
I haven't had similar reports from other members.  What should I tell her?

I have already asked her to clear her cookies and cache. That did not help.
Her IP address is  192.168.1.196

Thank you in advance for any ideas you can give us.

This is an internal LAN address. We need her outside address (see item 1b in the doc below) to investigate an IP block.

Please ask her to follow all the steps in section 1 of this document and report results;

As a troubleshooting step, you might ask her to turn off wifi on her iPhone and try to load the site. The cellular network is likely not affected by whatever is happening.
