Greetings, I'm the webwrangler of club 4015-Plano Talkers website , this website has not been accessible from my home which has the fixed IP address of 69.239.142.170 . I have done a DNS lookup and am able to get the IP address resolution of 50.19.253.65 , but when I do a tracert, I get the following:

I am also having issues accessing the following sites:

I also monitor the site status via a Uptime Kuma instance. However, I can't put in the URL. 

I have reached out to AT&T Internet who is my Fiber Internet provider, and they are left scratching their heads. All other sites are accessable.

All three sites are loading quickly for me.

Are you using a VPN? That would explain multiple FTH sites being inaccessible. FTH blocks VPN access due to 3rd party abusers.

If not; did this site loading behavior suddenly change? Are you accessing via a corporate network who's security policies might have changed?

This sounds like an IP block. If you're not using a VPN it will have to be addressed by FTH Admin.

Eyup. DNS resolves, but site does not load, I am able to replicate across multiple machines within my home network including a phone and tablet. When I switch to 5G mode on my phone and tablet, the sites load.

Yes. UptimeKuma at my end reported "timeout of 48000ms exceeded" starting at 2025-12-24 14:53:48 Central Time.

No. This is a home connection.

Try it now. IP was blocked for over 2000 hits in a single day.

It was from the instance of UptimeKuma which I have had running to monitor the site status . I reduced the ping from every 150 to every 300 seconds. Can you whitelist this IP address?
