PC from Lagos, Nigeria can no longer access FTH

One of our members from Lagos, Nigeria can load the FTH website  inspiringwm.toastmastersclubs.org/ using by using VPN locations set for the US, UK and France but fails consistently from local ISPs in Nigeria. This strongly suggests IP-based or geo-blocking at the hosting or CDN level. This had worked for her several months ago prior FTH changes.  She does not want to use VPN as it cost. 

The message she now receives when not using VPN is: 
    This site can't be reached
    inspiringwm.toastmastersclubs.org took too long to respond
    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

This indicates IP-range or country-level firewall blocking at the hosting/CDN level. Please review geo-blocking rules, country IP filters,  IPv6 handling, and firewall drops for inspiringwm.toastmastersclubs.org.”

I will need the IP address of the person in Nigeria to see what can be done. Nigeria is high on the bad players list in the world.

they can use www.whatismyip.com/ to find out their internet IP.

Thanks for the quick response.  Her IP address from Nigeria is 41.184.9.64 .  I have also attached her output from  www.whatismyip.com/   .

I opened a smaill window in the IP structure, if her IP doesn't change too much she should be ok. 
If it does change you will have to request a fix again.
