FTH profile - no way to SAVE?

I wanted to update the signature. I am not seeing any profile at all. When  I add profile information - there is an error message.and no way to save it.
I will not add my own personal birth date. Can I add the Club beginning date?

I presume you're referring to your forum profile;
To edit that select "update profile", then choose the "Edit" button on the right near your profile name.  
Select the Profile Information Tab (next to User Account)
The birthdate field is not compulsory - you can leave it blank in which case it will default to the current date, or enter any date.  You can't label it "club date"
Signature field is at the bottom, and the Save button is below that
