Adding a new member to club website.

Club 9533.  I have added a new member into our members portal as usual and it is lined out as is normal until they opt in.
My problem is that the member has not received the email to opt in nor have i received notification that it has been sent.
i. Have also resent it a few times to check.  She has also checked her spam mail. It is the correct email.
Please advise what i need to do next.

i love the additional pathways enhancement projects that you have added to the agendas.  Fabulous ty. 

FTH email logs show three successful sends of that Opt-in email.

Their address is already in the system with another club. One thing to check is email filters; a folder other than the inbox may contain the opt-in emails as the sending address (server@toastmastersclubs) is the same regardless of club.
