"Ghost" text remains on Invoice letter sent to members for dues renewal

Hi there,
I am treasurer for the Civil Tongues Club (#6222).

I have used the invoicing system in FTH3 for several years for two clubs. However, this time something odd happened. I wrote a new invoicing letter with updates (e.g., about Self-Pay in MS Word,  then deleted the old letter in FTH3, then pasted the new letter from MS Word. Unfortunately, the old text still shows at the bottom of the page when I look at it through Invoice Preview but it is not visible in the invoice entry box.. I have never had any problems using this before, but cannot delete the "ghost" of the old text.

The invoice now contains the new text, the old text, and, of course, the attached invoice. I cannot send this beast out to our club members!

Could you take a look at it and tell me what to do or fix it?

I want to invoice in February for the April 1 dues and was not expecting this problem. I may also need to revise the invoice letter for my other club, Portland Progressives (#875188) but now afraid of running into the same problem.

Thank you,

Karen A. Semprevivo

FTH Admin is aware of and working on this due module problem. Thanks for posting your issue as the ghost text is another variation of the problem.
