Opt-in Emails

Club #4465, Horizon Toastmasters

When I send an opt-in email to a new member I have to send it over and over again until they receive it.  I have a new member that I've been sending the op-in email since before the holidays,  I've confirmed his email address.  I try to send the email everyday until they receive it.  This new member has been removed once already.  This has been going on for a long time, maybe as long as a year.  I sent him a copy of the opt-in email so he would know what it was when he receives it.

Both times you sent the opt-in they were received by gmail, you need to make sure that the people look in their spam baxes, and they need to add server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to their contact lists
