Club President getting FTH Notices Sent to 2 Email Addresses

Re: Our Club President changed her email address during this 2025-26 term and it was updated in the Membership Mgmt console.
She is reporting that she is receiving FTH system notices to the updated email address and the older address. I've gone through our website and I can't find any reference to the prior email address. Where is the reference to the older email address located? How can direct all FTH system mail to her current correct address?
