Cannot Access FTH from Toronto, Canada

Hello,
It now appears that I am not able to access the website from Toronto, Canada either.  The output of    www.whatismyip.com/  is 146.70.198.55 .The error I received is per below with and without VPN turned on.
This site can’t be reached
The webpage at    inspiringwm.toastmastersclubs.org/   (Club ID: 7961069) might be temporarily
down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

I am  also getting this same error for all other websites such as  d60leadership.toastmastersclubs.org/ .  This appears to have happened after I connect my PC to another WIFI network and then back to my home network and has happened many times before and seem to have resolved itself; however, this time it is still not resolved after several days.  I have NO problem accessing any other URL including toastmasters.org, just FTH sites is a problem.  Why?

that IP is a VPN please stop using it

I would appreciate if you can look into this as I am the site admin and VP Education for two clubs and would need to check on meeting role status often and access FTH daily.  I do not experience this problem from any other website non-FTH website that I often use including toastmasters.org, gmail, banking websites, etc.

There is nothing we can do, you need to stop using the VPN IP from M247.
You said you had a different wireless you cold access through use that.

As mentioned this is NOT an issue with VPN as when I don't use this still occurs. It was working before, then I brought my laptop to connect to a different network and when I am back at home to connect it no longer works. All other websites works except for FTH websites.
