Hi FTH Support:
I'm assisting a new club mentor with a problem one of the members is facing in Group 1 Automotive-BSC Toastmasters Club.  The member has opted in to the club website 28679396.toastmastersclubs.org by selecting agree on the email.  He's unable to access the club website to create his password.  His name doesn't show up as a popup; nor does his email address.  Please help me help this new club give access to this member.  By the way, the website still shows his name with the lined drawn through it (indication that he hasn't opted in); but he has opted in.  I'm attaching an image that indicates he has opted in.

I can't see the URL in the screen image.
I resent the welcome email and I can see he received it. Please have him click the accept link.
