Trying to log in as the site administer club 4911 after I log in as a member

I am the site administrator and I am a member.  My password and email address is the same for site administrator and my member access.  My club number is 4911. Toastmasters site says CB-00004911.  I can't sign-in. My old password doesn't work. I did have to change my person password. I am looking to see if the emails to update the administrator password have come to my email address.

I tried logging out of the user account and I can't signin as the administrator.  My club or password is wrong. 

I also have to update the members and add new fresh emails for our team and update the site to streamline communication. We are moving from Teams to Free toast host.

It appears that the emails sent through the server have been accepted by Outlook for delivery. If they aren't in your spam box, you may need to talk to your IT manager to find out what might be going on.

Having the same email address for member and admin shouldn't be a problem. I've done that for many years now, though I do have different passwords for the two accounts.

You can give this log entry to your email admin and ask them where the email went
