Cannot access Club FTH site from IP address

Hello,
I can't access my club's FTH site () using my home internet. I have no trouble accessing it using other wifi (or using my phone data with wifi off). I have tested it with different browsers and devices, the result is the same. I don't have a VPN. This problem began in roughly mid-December and has continued unabated. The site just times out for me. Could my IP address be blocked by FTH?
