New Member Not Receiving Opt-In email

We have sent the Opt-in email to a new member to our club on three separate occasions to a nee member a d instructed her to check her spam/junk folder.  She replied that she hasn’t received it and is asking to resend it.  I check her email address for accuracy; I don’t see any typos.  I’m attaching a screenshot of our entry.  Any suggestions on how we can resolve this will be greatly appreciated.

I can see gmail accepting the email. So she has it somewhere in her gmail account.

Make sure she adds server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to her contact whitelist.
