Email to club membership bouncing, undeliverable

The problem is that your IP address is listed on spamcop

You'll need to either contact your IP provider or spamcop to clear the blacklist, or change your IP address

The recaptcha message is just a warning, it isn't currently blocking any access
 

I just checked SpamCop and our email is not on the list?

50.19.253.65 is an MX ( 0 ) for members-902585@toastmastersclubs.org

Nor is my personal email that I sent the message from. 

52.101.40.4 is an MX ( 0 ) for aaron.fontinel@fontinel.com

You read the message incorrectly

52.101.43.81  is the IP you need to check this is the IP of your email service.

 

I may be checking it incorrectly, but when I search that IP address, it says not on a blacklist?  This is what I receive...
