New question when signing up for role (attend in-person or online)

When signing up for a role, there is a new question dialog box that pops up asking whether I will be attending the meeting in-person or online.  This is new!  This club meets in-person only.  How can I remove this question?

We are looking into what can be done with this change, and your question.

We have tuned this feature.

1) there are now a setting in the agenda setup "Meeting Type" with a pull down: In-person, Online, Hibrid
2) The member attendence will change based on they type of meeting: 

• In-person = In-person (default)
• Online = Online
• Hibrid = the question when they sign up.

I have this same issue. Thank you for letting us know it has been tuned.

However, I cannot find this option in the templates, to makes sure In Person is the default. I have already created agendas all the way until June 30th. Please tell me this is / can be a global setting.

I just signed up for a role this coming week (on our April 17 agenda) and it prompted me. I opened the settings for that week and found the drop-down selector. It was already set to In Person. Then why did it ask me?

The new Meeting Type field is now in the Agenda Templates as  well as the Agenda Settings
