Agenda Roles Set up question

When we have a Toastmaster assigned, their name and photo appears and this is great. I can't remember how I did that but I need to do the same for the Speech Evaluators. Their name/photo appears only once when they introduce the speech project. But when it is time to do the verbal evaluation all we see is the agenda item. No name or picture. So when they first sign up how do I get it to prepopulate elsewhere in the agenda. I'm rusty. 

The members have to upload a picture for the Profile.
Then when editing the agenda, you click the camera icon at the top of the agenda the image will show.
