Get redirected to 0.13.102.33 after adding new member

Hello,

I'm with Calgary Talking Toastmasters 878113 and everytime I add a new member via membership management tab in the admin console, I get redirected to https://0.13.102.33/.

Here are the steps to replicate the issue.
1. go to membership management
2. add a new member
3. click save
4. click close.  I get a pop up, "2 unsaved changes.  The unsaved changes are highlighted.  Do you want to save these changes?"
5. click yes.  Get another popup,
"NOTE,Alias or domain name changed.
You will now be directed to the website address with the new alias or domain name: Make a note of this--the old alias/domain name cannot be used unless you change it back.
You will need to log in to the website again.Then I get redirected to https://0.13.102.33/ and have to manually enter the correct URL.

Luckily, it doesn't seem to actually change the URL permanently, but it is annoying to have to reenter the URL each time an update is made.

Any ideas?

I was able to log into your site  878113.toastmastersclubs.org/
I added a member no problem
I deleted that member again no problem

I suggest your clear cookies for your site and clear your browser cache.
Login and try again.
