Having Issues trying to Access Free Toast Host on both Club and District

I am having issues trying to access the following:

• District 40 FTH -  d40.toastmastersdistricts.org/
• Encore Advanced Toastmasters #3646317 -  encore.toastmastersclubs.org/
• Dayton Top Mentors #588286 - 
• Northwest Toastmasters #859 -
• And a boatload of others 

This looks like it is across the board.

I'm having no difficulty accessing the first two sites plus my own clubs' sites.

Looking at the error message, I am wondering if it was a brief episode, perhaps caused by an onslaught of bots.

Clear browser cache and try again, and see if that works. If it doesn't, we'll need to wait for Brian to comment.
