Why is FTH removing members email address which blocks them from logging in?

I am the webmaster for Lake Ridge Toastmasters Club #8913.
We have an issue where FTH is replacing some members email address with noemail-XXXXXXXXXX@toastmastersclubs.org .

When this happens, they are unable to log in. I have put their correct email address back in.
Why is this happening?

Emails are automatically removed or blocked if they bounce too many times, indicating they are invalid or non-working. Key reasons for email address removal in FTH include:
  • Excessive Bounced Emails: If emails to a member consistently bounce (e.g., too many failed deliveries), FTH removes the address to avoid being flagged as a spam source.
  • Shared/Duplicate Emails: FTH requires unique email addresses for members, unlike the Toastmasters International site, which may allow sharing.
  • Invalid/Non-Working Addresses: Invalid or blocked email addresses (e.g., due to business filters) are removed.
  • Security/Invalid Member Listing: If a member is moved to "Former Member" status, their email is removed from active distribution. 
Troubleshooting Advice:
If an email is removed, it often needs to be re-entered or corrected by a site administrator in the Membership Management section, as you have done.

Gmail make some changes and caused us some grief. we fixed the issued. Some gmail accounts had already been flagged as bad and removed.
Just add the email back to the account.

I also just opened a support notice for the same issue.
i also just reentered all 14 of these deleted emails.
All were Gmail accounts although many Gmail accounts work fine.
it is my understanding that at least one of these had been previously reentered and were then deleted. Just sent a test email anon at the moment, none have been deleted
