In the meeting messages in my agenda format, a message can only be sent to one selected member. I would like this to be able to sent the message to all members. How can I change this? Thanks. Our club is #2171.

There's no private message system in FTH.

That agenda message system posts the message at the bottom of the agenda.

Members can only post their own messages. Some officers can post a message on the agenda for any member.

You can send the agenda to all or members, or to certain role-holders, with a covering email
