New member does not get authenticate email

Club #03193346 Advanced Leaders Lab

When a new member attempted to login as a first time user to , he followed instructions and did not put in a password.

He attempted several times, and never received the email with the link to set his password. He checked Junk, Spam, Deleted -- but no email.

Then, as an admin, I went in and saw this error message: 

How can this be fixed?

We are sending the email to his email telenius@shaw.ca, and his email service is accepting the email.
Have hime look in his spam folder or contact Shaw with the last 2 log entries and ask them what they did with his email.

He gets the first email, but not the second one with a unique link that lets him set his password.
