Change email

My thread is now locked and i said I found it.  I deleted member and cache, as suggested.  I re-entered and it put in old, incorrect email.  I guess this new member is never going to have access to sign up for agenda.  I've done everything I've been told.  Can't one of you do this behind the scenes if you pm me and let me give you her name and correct email.  I would be grateful.  
I have been with FTH from the beginning when few clubs were.  For several years, I led sessions at our District Conferences to introduce people to this.  I'm not new to this but I've never had this problem and can't believe I"m spending 'days' and still can't get her entered.  I've tried re-entering as a new member, only using first initial and last name but it changes it.

You have never told us what is the correct email, if you do that we can fix it.

Should I do it 'publicly'?  That's why I haven't.  I thought maybe we should be private messaging her name and correct email.  If you want me to put it here, just tell me. Thank you.
 

ok PM me the email and you club number.

I just went in and her name was gone so I re-entered with the correct email, again, and again when I hit submit, it changed it to the old one.
She has now given me another email and I have now successfully entered her.
