New member cannot activate FTH account (Club 1248)

We have a new online member who lives in China. He is unable to activate his access to the FTH website, although he does receive the email to do so. What might be the reason for this? (He is tech savvy by the way.)

Because of spam and server abuse a lot of China is blocked from using FTH servers. I would need his Internet IP address to see why he can't get access.

Sorry but those are not Internet IP addresses those are internal local network IP addresses. 

Have them use a site like.  whatismyipaddress.com/

That IP now has access for now. If there are any issues from the server end in the future it may become blocked again.
