I left my old club in a bit of a chaotic mess - moving across the country and transferring my role as VP Ed to a new officer. In the midst of that, I think I didn't get a couple of fairly significant speeches recorded. After the move I didn't re-join Toastmasters until this May. I'm still in contact with my old club, and they did do an agenda search but could only find records for current members. Can you provide me instructions to share with them on how to search non-members?
If it is not possible for a current club officer to search, are you able to search?
I was listed in the club as Christien Sweeney and actually need a search for two clubs:
Georgetown, TX Toastmasters, #6577
Round Rock Chambermasters, #4591
I only needs records from 2023.

Your old club would have to move you from former member to member and then run a speech report for you. After that move you to former member.

You do realize that the only true record of your completed speeches are the ones registered on toastmasters pathways.

Also once you are a Toastmaster you keep the same Toastmaster number no matter what clubs you belong to.

I just needed to know that I gave a speech at a meeting - I think I did, but as I didn't record it on Pathways, I have no other way to check it.
