Can't access the club website

On behalf of club#976310,  achievingexcellence.toastmastersclubs.org, I am having issues again accessing the club site (above). I'm the current VPPR and need access in order to edit content. This time I get a "time out" when using Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
I am accessing from Michigan in case that helps.
