Creating New Agenda Template with Incoming Officers

I am creating a new FTH meeting agenda template for 2026-27. There are still a few club meetings left in this current year. Can I add the new incoming club officers to my new meeting FTH agenda template and then select it for club meetings after July 1? This way, members could sign up now for members out in the future. Thanks for your help.

If you used the FTH template the meeting description does not change once the dated agenda is created.
You can create the agendas for the rest of this year and then change the meeting description for the new year.

If you use one of the TI print formats you have to wait until you change the officers in membership management.
