The club is currently unlisted on the TI directory as we are a corporate club, preventing the automated tool from working.
I am an authorized officer who needs the admin account reset.  I am the current Sergeant at Arms.

The previous admin has left our firm and has been gone from our company for over 6 months.

Your club number shows you are a chartered club, why are you not listed on find a club? You should contact TI and have that corrected.

We do not want to be listed on Find a Club as we are a corporate club and membership is only open to company employees so there is no need to be listed on Find a Club. We actually worked with TI when we chartered last year to have our club removed from Find a Club.

We just need help recovering our admin login information.

Then you have a problem, the only way we have of validating who you are is the find-a-club contact.
There is no SGT At Arms listed on the website.
You could contact the previous admin and ask them for the password.
