Unable to Set Up FreeToastHost Site for New Prospective Club HCM Vanguard (Club

I am trying to set up a FreeToastHost website for a new prospective Toastmasters club, HCM Vanguard, with prospective club number 28678564. However, when I attempt to create the club site, I receive the following error message:
"No unchartered club was found using 28678564 as their club number via publicly available Toastmasters information."
I have verified that the club appears in the Toastmasters prospective club reports and have attached screenshots showing:
  • The error message received in FreeToastHost
  • The prospective club listing for HCM Vanguard (Club #28678564)
  • Confirmation from Toastmasters International that the club coordinator has been assigned
Could you please advise whether:
  • There is a delay in synchronizing new prospective clubs with FreeToastHost, or
  • There is any additional step required before a FreeToastHost site can be created for this club?
Club Details:
  • Club Name: HCM Vanguard
  • Prospective Club Number: 28678564
  • Location: Ottawa, ON
  • Status: Prospective Club
I would appreciate any guidance you can provide to help us get the club website set up.

You need to wait for it to appear on the D61 Prospective club report

Thanks Brian. The club is under district 31 not district 61.

Can I try with district 45 ?
