Obsolete Role / Agenda Item autocomplete entries (Club Number: 03240661)

We have standardised our agenda templates and verified that obsolete Role / Agenda Item titles no longer appear in:

• Member Role Report
• All Members Historical Role Report

We also found that renaming an existing role title causes that specific entry to disappear from the Role / Agenda Item autocomplete in most cases.However, several obsolete entries still appear in the autocomplete even though they cannot be found in any current template or reports.Could you please advise:

1. Where does the Role / Agenda Item autocomplete obtain its values?
2. Is there a way to rebuild or clear the underlying lookup table?
3. If not, can FreeToastHost perform this maintenance for our club?

I normally use Chrome; however, I used Edge just to compare, and it is displaying the same listing. I tried a hard refresh, it made no difference. I checked Developer Tools, and these items are not listed, so I concluded that it’s not related to browser cache, current templates, member role history, or current meeting agendas.

Could this list relate to legacy meeting agendas or an internal FTH lookup table? Alternatively, is the autocomplete being populated by a server-side lookup that is queried dynamically?
