New User Not receiving FTH emails

www.ncprojectleaderstmc.org/   is our website, club # is  03898174 North Carolina Project Leaders Toastmasters Club
I added a new user to our FTH membership roster, merimlynch@gmail.com.   Meri never received the authenticate email - she checked her spam.    i resent the email a few times.I then changed her email to one of my emails and authenticated on her behalf.   (probably a bad idea.)
I then changed her email back to hers.

Meri tried to login to the club website, left password blank, and selected to authenticate.   Meri never recevied an email to set her password.

Are you seeing anything on your end that would help us to figure out what we need to do?

Meri confirms she can now log in. Thank you for your quick help. Any insights to share on why the issue? Why she originally was not receiving the authenticate account access email?

her email was on the bounce list for labeling email from FTH as spam
