robots.txt and SEO

Hi,I've been working on improving our club's SEO (updated meta tags, structured data, internal linking, etc.), but Google Search Console shows that only our homepage is currently indexed none of our other pages (including , a membership application page) are showing up in the index, even though they're live and linked from the homepage.I saw in an earlier forum thread that the shared is managed at the platform level rather than per-club, which makes sense given the shared server. Before assuming that's the cause here, I wanted to ask:
  1. Is there anything in the current shared that would be blocking pages like specifically, or is this more likely a crawl-budget/sitemap issue on our end?
  2. Does FreeToastHost provide or support an XML sitemap for club sites, so Google has a direct way to discover all our pages? I don't see one referenced anywhere.
  3. Is there anything else on the platform side (crawl delay settings, indexing defaults for new pages, etc.) that might explain why only the homepage got indexed after all this time?
Happy to share our current 's helpful for diagnosing ,
