how do I know I've been approved for a website

I am the VPE of a newly chartered club.  I want to set up a freeToast host for the club.  I have received two emails.  One indicated that I am the contact individual for the club, Wesley Chapel Conscious Communicators Club # 28679807, and another one, the same day, within minutes, indicated that "if approved," click on a link, and if denied, click on a different link.  This was all done on July 21st.  I have not received any other communication.   Should I expect another email or can I go ahead and presume that I can click on the link provided as if "approved"?  

Thanks for any assistance, as it has been quite some time since I have had to create a Free Toast Host account for a club. 

Currently, your club doesn't have a website. I don't know what those other emails would be about, but I don't think they are from us.

If you apply for a site and your Club Central details are up to date, you get an email from admin@ freetoasthost dot org

I can see your club listing in Find-a-club, so you should be able to apply for the club at  www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/

For chartered clubs, approval is quick. But if you have any issues, please let us know.

I see 2 requests for websites but neither has had the Accept and authorise link ticked in the email from the system.

There was nothing in my spam folder.  There was a separate email that read If I approve, then click on :  (and gave me a link.)  Now I just need to sign in and set up.
