Visually Impaired Access to FTH

CLUB: Money Talks, #2075

We have two members who are visually impaired and cannot access our current version of FTH (not sure which version, but it could be FTH1) because it isn't readable in their reading software.  Do we need to update to FTH3?  If so, how do we do so without losing all the information we have in our current FTH version?  2.  Is there something specific that needs to be done in settings for the "reader" to be able to read FTH and how do I change those settings?  3.  Is there anything related to either process that would be helpful for me to know that I didn't ask?  Thank you!
