Vintage Pathway in FTH4

i am not sure you mean by projects, i have completed a presentation mastery (all 5 levels) in TMI, this strategic relationship is my second pathway, i have done the ice breaker a month ago, and planning on 2nd speech in Level 1 soon.

As FTH has no ability to gather member project data from toastmasters.com (by their policy), EVERYTHING related to each members pathway progress must come from the speech information entered into a past (FTH3) agenda.

Brian's question about Projects 'registered in an agenda' means; when you have given speeches in the past; which Pathway/Project from the speech project dropdowns have you selected in past agendas.

Detailed feedback about this can help Brian debug issues related to how FTH4 generates member role reports and the new Pathways Report Card.

our club was unfortunately not using FTH properly until few months ago. We were on Easyspeak for a few months as well. Prior was no digital.

my key question is, if it is vintage pathway (not in your main 6 registered list) like Strategic relationship in my case, what can i do about it as i have just started and on speech 2 (tracking using TMI) but going forward for our club, we are using FTH4.

You are confusing the terminology.  The "vintage paths" are the much older "manual paths" recently made available again

The 5 paths from the Pathways system that are no longer available for purchase but can be completed for credit are called Legacy Paths
If yours wasn't entered correctly on the agenda on for the day/s you have completed speeches/projects, all you need to do is go to your profile and at the bottom of the page select the path and the purchase date (must be prior to the date these paths were "discontinued" - I think that was October 2024)
Then ask your VPEd to correct any historical speeches (projects) you've already completed in that path
