Error message when trying to email agenda to members

Hi, I am the VPE for Hawthorn Toastmasters, Region 12, District 73, Division E, Area 18.
I have tried three times (twice on my mac laptop and once on my iphone) to email the agenda to all club members. I receive the error message of:
***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=Agenda(EmailAgenda/Send E-mail)
Status=error
Error=
Please notify us about this at support.toastmastersclubs.org .
Would you like to reload this website from the server?
Cancel OK

I have not used this system previously so I don't know if the problem is with me or the system.
