Receiving email notification

A couple of the new club members are not receiving the email notifications for the opt-in email, as well as one member forgot their password and is not receiving the email notification when they are trying to reset their password.  They have checked their spam/junk folders and it's not in there.

Please advise what I can do to resolve this.

I've resent to both members.

How about the members who want to reset their password by not getting the email notification to do so. Member email is mm.sjmh21@gmail.com

Their email is blocked because it hit the bounce limit. See 'Last Error Message' in the bounce log.

Once they resolve the storage issue FTH can reset the bounce count.

Thanks Richard. The member had cleaned up their email and inbox and deleted folders are all empty now. Can you please reset her email. Thank you.

The Bounce Count for Email Address [mm.sjmh21@gmail.com] has been reset to zero.
