Automation/link FTH to BaseCamp (or anything to help VPE do that) 7328 & 3540

Hi FTH,
I am VPE in Clubs 7328 and 3540. Before I try to create an automation to either:
- automatically post completion of speeches and meeting roles based on FTH, to automate posting in BaseCamp  - or
- or at minimum, automate/trigger reminders to each speaker/role holder to submit their role (if a speech or evaluation to send it to speaker) , or otherwise record their meeting role in their log in Pathways, so we can move along on a timely basis approving speeches and level completions in BaseCamp..

I have not created any gemini gems (yet) and am not currently well versed in creating automations (other than basic ones in smartsheet)

Before I try to reinvent the wheel in an area I am not familiar with (and while I want to learn, I can't afford to lose time at work or even at home trying to learn something on my own that is currently outside my wheelhouse) I was wondering what features FTH 4 will have to help VPEs keep up with reminding members to submit completed speeches, track theri other meeting roles, etc. to facilitate easing the burden on VPEs for linking completions to basecamp submissionss and approvals for credit toward DTM and DCP points?

1) Reminder we are FTH and have no access to anything on toastmasters.org that is not public.
2) There are several new tools in FTH4 aimed at the VPEd
-- Agenda forecaster (automatically fills roles for up to 7 meetings
-- Auto reconciliation of Agendas every Sunday (if the VPEd doesn't do  it before then)
-- Pathways report card (based on the FTH Agendas)
-- The top Toastmaster tracker
-- Online Sign up for up to 7 meetings on one page
-- Attendance tracking
-- batch Agenda creation

Any ballpark idea when Club # 7328, and Club #3540, are slated for transition to FTH 4, and how long of a period will we be offline during the transition? 

Right now we are in the beta testing and those 110 clubs are smoothing out the road for the rest of you. There is no timeline as far as dates go the timeline is quality driven. Once the Ambassadors feel that we have conquered the majority of the humans in the code we will then start migrating the other clubs.

the Migration takes minutes per club but we have over 10,000 to migrate.
