How do I fix this mess?

This is for club number 286787.  Reference =11.0ptAC-FFF0F362
I can no longer access as administrator with the admin password as I am no longer the Admin
I got 3 emails regarding this.  I am the website administrator. I did not approve the change of administrators.  The person listed as the new administrator did request a change (I am dealing with that) The notification that a request had been made was made at 9:51 last night and by 9:52 got the email that this person was the new administrator.  I did not see that request until this morning.  How can the admin be changed in 1 minute?  Had I seen it I would have denied it. The club president says that he did approve it.  
Now - how do I get my admin status and password back?

A couple of things Your club number is wrong according to TI  it is supposed to be 28678702

Also danieldeck.tm@gmail.com is listed as the club contact for 28678702
