2 way Chat via Email Setting

Good Afternoon,
When sending an all members Email (@toastmasterscclubs.org) I want any member to be able to respond on the thread, resulting in a conversation.
Is it correct to assume that the setting at "emails and forms" should be set to "all members" ?

That would create an awful lot of of email traffic. Especially if you want the responses to go to all members.
I know I would be routing all that traffic to the trash without reading.
