The default icon for people who do not upload a photo is located at this path: yourclub.toastmastersclubs.org/images/default.jpg . Is there any way to upload a new default.jpg to customize this? I'd rather not have to upload a custom image for each member.

This is not the same directory where uploaded photos are stored.

Can we FTP in and swap this default img? If so, what are the connection specs?

FTH does not support FTP.

If you do not like the default pic, upload a picture of your choice for each member.
