Club/Member Analytics

I would like to run a report that shows the roles each member has done and the speeches they've given to keep track of their progress to their CL and CC. We are trying to transition from Easy Speak and I cannot seem to find that function on the club website.

If it's not available through the admin console on the club website is there another way to find this information through Toastmasters?

The reports are part of the agenda, if you kept the agendas up to date after meetings the role reports will be correct.

Remember the only valid resource for tracking of achievement are the members manuals, with the completed evaluations and sign offs from the VP Education.

Is there a way for members to track their progress, either on the website or through Toastmasters.org? On Easy Speak there is a tab called This Club where I can view Leadership Charts and Communications Charts for the members as a whole.

We are looking to transition from Easy Speak to the website for our agendas and tracking members' progress, and I just need some assistance on finding the same things that are available on Easy Speak.

If you keep your agendas uptodate then all the information for each member is there, and they can look up their own information. Site Admin and VP Ed can look at every ones information
