Some Members were part of one club which used FTH. Now they ahve joined our club which is also using FTH. (they are no longer member of the earlier club). How do we transfer the roles from the earlier club to our club so that the members total role history is available.

Now that request is a new one. We have never considered it before.The issue is the agendas are the basis of all history of what members have done historically, that presents is own issues.

1) There is only one true completion register and that is Toastmasters International Pathways!
2) Since Agendas are the only tracking of project in FTH, fake agendas would have to be created. So you would end up with all sorts of agendas that were not necessarily on your meeting days and times.

I would need more information from you to see if this is even possible:

1) your club number (WE ALWAYS REQUIRE YOUR CLUB NUMBER)
2) The club the individual is coming from (the site may have been removed already)
3) The persons name and email address they used in the previous club.
4) The person name and email address they are using in your club.

This seems to be a big engineering request for a limited use case.

Allow me to suggest some low-tech, inelegant, but simple work-arounds:

1. download the full histories from the old FTH site, speech history, role history, attendance history, and stash in a shared drive and/or the member download folder.
2. slightly more work - download individual histories for each active member from the old FTH site - there probably aren't many of them - and store them somewhere, or simply email them to the affected members and make them responsible for their own records.
3. Ask the transferring members to download their own histories.

This assumes:

• you are familiar with the reporting feature in the agenda tool
• you or someone has access to the old FTH site
• The transferring members have not been removed from the member list of their old FTH club. The reporting feature is available only for members, but former members can regain access to their info if they are restored to the member list.

I was a member of Elite Toastamasters club Oman(CB-02269072) from 2017 to 2021.
I shifted to a different club- Ghodbunder Toastmasters club, Thane (CB-06592002) in 2020

I need my Role and speech details from that club so tht i can keep record. Unfortunately, the benefit of FTH was not known to me when i shift from oman to india.
I can no longer know who the known members of taht club are.. the club - elite toastmasters is still active 

The email you are using for your FTH account only applies to the Ghodbunder club, right?

If we can confirm that Elite Toastmasters moved you to the 'Former Members' list, we should be able to retrieve a role report for you. To investigate that, we need to know who you are in the Elite club. A first name should be sufficient. (note; if the former club deleted your account the role history is lost. They have a long 'Former Members' list so hopefully it includes you)

This is the same email i used in elite also
