It is located in the Public downloads of crowncity.toastmastersclubs.org Mine was very club specific. Prizes would vary depending on how many people participated and your budget. We mainly did it for fun.

The find a mis-spelled word is used as my spell check.

Following your lead (great idea by the way), I have created Scavenger Hunts for my two clubs, I will copy the questions below, to help inspire others. Note that I made the questions specific to each club, in order to ensure that they fully explore the features of each. I also wanted to make this a fun search, not just a way of stating how "tasks" are performed on the site.

I should add, that some of the questions can be answered by any visitor to the site, while some questions require logging in as a member to find the answer. I also created some questions that are specifically designed to encourage members to use certain features (like the questions about FaceBook and LinkeIn).

Portland Toastmasters Website Scavenger Hunt

www.portlandtoastmasters.org

1. Who is standing behind the banner?
2. What day was Portland Toastmasters founded?
3. As reported on our website, how many Toastmaster clubs are there?
4. When looking at meeting directions, how can you know where to park?
5. Who was the last club member to log in (other than you)?
6. What happens if you click on a club meeting in the calendar?
7. Name something that appears on our club calendar that is NOT a club meeting?
8. What happens if you click on a blank date in the calendar?
