Please tell me how to set or reset admin access to Free ToastHost 2 for our club officers. We recently took our Secretary who was also VPM & made her only Secretary. She now only has 4 icons at top right of agenda to let her make agenda changes, etc... Previously she had 7 or so icons & is our Free ToastHost navigator for the club. Which TM club officer roles have 7 icons & which have 4 icons? Thank you!

Hi, my club number is 03648206.

Where is the place to go to find the access setting button to get started - bottom left under agenda? And, which members have access to the "access settings" button?

Thank you.

I'm not sure we set site admin it it's possible as I thought they said there was no site admin, but I need to set myself up as it. I was club coach and VPM for two years, and am going to go back as VPM since 1/2, I'm secretary, our past, past Dist Dir & another guy set up our site prob with outside help. DD is long gone, other guy doesnt use site at all. I'm 99.9% of site function. If I don't get in we dont use it, that simple. I have to tell them to login and re give myself access myself & will set up site admin. I remember it at my old club with another password. Here we don't do that never have, but I've done all PC site work so far since a month or two after inception as we r fairly new club. I need to tell them how to do it as they never go on site or we will need to enlist outside help somehow. Thank you.

We expect you to review and use our online documentation and do your part to get familiar with the system if you are providing the site admin function for your club.

The docs are what we intend to be our primary resource of information so that we are not repeating ourselves all the time in forum posts. We intend that our docs be accurate and useful... If you find a problem with them, please let us know.

If you have looked through our online docs and searched past forum posts, then we are happy to assist you further.

This is the way it must be as we are volunteers providing support in our spare time. We need to make sure that we are focusing our efforts on issues that are not already covered in our docs.
Regards,

Steve James, DTM
FreeToastHost System Developer
Officer Emeritus, Mindful Communicators (Club 1966, District 52) A President's Distinguished Club for each of the last 10 years.
