In the officer training it says that the club officers can get admin request. I have been having trouble getting it. This has been my second attempt to get admin request. I attached the two pictures.

Hopefully you will be able to help me with getting access as Club President of Tracy Toastmasters.

Plus our club is using godaddy to pay for Tracy Toastmasters site www.tracytoastmasters.org/. I heard from other club officers they do not pay for their toastmasters website. How can I get it back to free again.
Thank you for your help.

If the people listed in your first image are no longer in the club or available, please follow the procedure described in the following document to change the club site admin;

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

If Deborah is still the active admin, she can grant access to various admin consoles to officers using the Access Settings. If she is still available and retiring from site admin she can provide the admin login user/password to the incoming admin. Otherwise, your club will first need to follow the site admin change procedure before digging into the Access Settings.

Your club's FreeToastHost site is always available at 9072.toastmastersclubs.org/

Your club can choose to not renew the domain with GoDaddy. This will need to be managed by whomever owns the GoDaddy account.

If your club decides to discontinue the custom website domain, it must also be removed from the Basic Settings tab on your FTH site's admin console. The site admin or anyone with the access to 'Website Settings' can do this. Your club currently has this Access Setting for President, VPM & VPPR.
